Our Difference

Our “standard” is anything but.

We pride ourselves on catering to families looking for an Ultra-Custom home building experience. Homes by JICI has carved out a niche and perfected our approach through the real-world experience of designing and building homes since 1977.

Our focus is to deliver a customized & enjoyable experience for our clients. We accomplish this goal by providing a second to none, one-on-one approach throughout the entire building process and provide a level of detail not found with your average home builder. Our industry relationships with the best craftsmen in the region, premier material suppliers and our in-house design team allows Homes by JICI to deliver an experience that is truly unmatched in northeast Indiana’s custom-home building market.
